Mr. Holl’s business experience includes public company directorships, influential investments in public and private companies, venture capital, real estate development, offshore banking and international investment transactions, asset management, corporate acquisitions and securities trading.

Edward Holl began his professional career in 1978 with positions at Jacobs Engineering Group, Lufthansa German Airlines and Air New Zealand. In 1983 he joined investment bank Bateman Eichler, Hill Richards of Los Angeles where he co-founded the Bateman Eichler Consulting Group which by 1989 supervised more than $1 Billion in assets for pension funds.

He later joined Lehman Brothers as a Senior Vice President and retired from Lehman in 1993, moving to San Francisco where he founded CMR Technologies which developed software for the Federal Reserve and several major Wall Street firms.

In 1997 he co-found and lead Merchants Group International, a merchant banking and private equity firm which co-invested with Japanese investors in US companies, which by 1997 had totaled close to $1 billion in transactions.

Thereafter he led a variety of ventures including global shipping and import/export. Today he is the Chairman of Faire La Fete, managing partner of Holl family investments and is actively laying the groundwork to re-establish Merchants Group Internial with a younger generation of global partners.
